Bad Quality Straps

These straps came with a new Softride 26248 Access Element 4-Bike Rack, I got about three months ago.
I only used my rack total of six times and already the straps are broken. I am very disappointed by cheap quality straps.
The rack itself is strong, but what is the use of bike rack if the straps cant hold your bike in place. Good thing they did not snap while I was on the road.
Since I cannot throw away an expensive rack, I may have to order replacements for this disposable straps.
