Great purchase!
By S. Karmali
I am glad I choose this rack over others. Fairly easy to set up, it's strong and works great for my 5 bikes; and a great price! Delivery took 2 days longer than the stated 5!

Bike Rack
By K. Gallowich "K"
This is a great item for the bike enthusist. It fit right in a standard hitch and was very easy to use. It was able to hold 5 mountain bikes with ease the only problem was when one of the bikes is for a female you can still use with ease it just takes a little more time to secure.

Excellent Product For The Price - Highly Recommend It
By David Pourady
I don't have any prior experience with bike racks, but I am very happy with the choice I made. It can probably compete with more expensive models.
I was not planning to spend much on this since we would be using this rack only occasionally. This unit was the among the lowest priced on the list. I checked the company's website and got the impression that the makers have a good background and understanding of the product, so I chose this one.
Pros:
Amazon shipped it very quickly.
The product was packed well.
Strong construction with good gauge of steel used. I saw a comment on another low-priced model that the material got bent.
Easily installed on the hitch.
Does not wobble much during driving; stays put.
Cons:
Mounting the bikes on this rack requires some effort. Make sure to have a box of tissue with you to clean the sweat off your face a few times before you are done. But, considering the designs of today's bikes, this is probably the case with all bike racks. In fact I noticed that the design is well-thought for most common mounting scenarios.
I think you should choose this item with confidence.

Spend the extra $70 for the 520
By Sam Jones "Boxcar Willie"
The 9200 is an inferior version of the 520. I ordered the $169 HR9200 first and was dissapointed with the amount of sway, the lack of ability to use a locking mechanism to affix it to the car and the lack of straps that come with it.
I sent the 9200 back and am quite happy even though I had to eat the $25 return mail fee. It is definitely more heavy duty..I think it weighs 15-20 pounds more than the 9200. The anti-sway of the 9200 just didn't cut the mustard.

pretty good bike rack
By 5kids "5kids"
We purchased the 5-bike rack and it is working out pretty well. It is challenging to get all the bikes on the rack only because of the way they make bike frames these days, but you can adjust the rack to hold the bike up in any different number of ways because of extra connecting straps and supports. The company sent the flag (which wasn't included in the original packaging)after we called their 800 number quickly and free of charge. The only problem with the rack is that when you travel on gravel or dirt roads, it bounces around quite a bit. Overall, it is a great product.
