This great 9 mile ride combines parts of Rocky Ridge Trail, Lower Brookbank Trail and Schultz Creek Trail to create an excellent technical single track loop. In the parking lot look for Rocky Ridge trail and head start up it. It's a technical climb but it is all rideable. After about three miles you'll arrive at Elden Lookout dirt road. Take a left and cross the cattle guard. After a few 100 yards look for a trail on your left that goes straight up (Brookbank Trail). After approximately one mile of riding uphill you'll come to Brookbank Meadow. Across on your right you'll see a water tank. The trail goes around and to the left of the tank. Stay on your right at the next fork an ride comfortably to a dirt road. Take a left to Schultz tank (approximately 1 mile from the meadow). There on the opposite side of the parking lot you want to head down Schultz Creek Trail. It's an awesome single track downhill for about 4 miles. Enjoy

Directions to the trail:
The trailhead is located at the bottom of Schultz Pass road off Hwy 180,2 miles North of Flagstaff. There you will see a parking lot on your right.
