Description:
This is probably the most popular area for riding around Vancouver. The trails here are well groomed and moderately steep. The trails aren't very technical, but are a great ride. There are lots of trails to choose from. Fly down the steep hills, ride along the beaches then grind your way back up. It can get pretty windy here.

Directions to the trail:
In Vancouver go West on 16th Ave. toward the University of British Columbia. Once you hit the forest park at the park's office on the right.
