This is a nice ride on the north end of Claremont. The road starts with a fork at the beginning of the trail. If you stay to the right the grades are not as steep, but if you fork left the grade is steep for about 1 mile. As the trail continues there is also a fork that will take you to marshall canyon. this trail is popular for locals and others alike.

Directions to the trail:
10 fwy exit indian hill blvd. proceed north and turn right on baseline. after making the right turn you turn left on mills. take mills to the end and park on the left
