Take the Aptos Creek Road tell it becomes dirt, this is the trail. -Just head on out and enjoy the views. - When you hit Sand Point Overlook and are done looking around turn around and enjoy the downhill, you didn't do all that work for nothing.

Directions to the trail:
Head out of Santa Cruz on HWY 1 to the Soquel Drive turn off. About half a mile down turn onto Aptos Creek Rd. There is a large dirt turnout on the right, this will be your parking lot.
