"There are a few different trails here, though most ride the main trail that extends to North Branford. Most trails are casual, but you can get moving pretty fast through the rolling terrain. There are a few ""killer climbs"" as well."

Directions to the trail:
From I-95, take Exit 54 and go towards the center of Branford on Cedar Street. At the next intersection, take a left onto Route 1. After about 1.5 miles turn left onto Chesnut Street. This will lead you to Supply Ponds. You can park on the other side of the small bridge near a gate.
