Tyler Mill is unique in a couple of ways. First it is owned by the town. Second they not only welcome mountain bikers, but encourage cyclists to use the trails. The main trail starts at the far end of the parking lot. Go up the grassy hill and into the woods. After about .5 miles, this trail reaches a dirt road. Turn left down the hill and turn right onto the singletrack. This trail leads to a closed paved road and bridge. Cross the bridge and go up the hill looking for more singletrack up the hills.

Directions to the trail:
From Middletown, get off Exit 14 at Center Street. Turn left onto Center Street and travel for about .5 miles. Turn right at the soccer fields into Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park. Park here.
