Description:
Waveny Park is the site of the Waveny mansion and park grounds. it not only is a great place to ride some decent trails, but also a great place to pack lunch and stretch out on the over 30 acres of lawns. The trails offer the beginner a great place to encounter some stumps and rocks but without icing your bottom afterwards. It's also a great place to ride with the family.

Directions to the trail:
The bike trails are located in the woods to the South of the Mansion and park. Take the Merritt(Rt. 15) to exit 37 darien. Take a right at end of ramp, then take first right down Tallmadge Hill road to the intersection with a small white church on the left. Take that next right after the curch and drive 1 mile. Park on the right. Or you can enter the main Park entrance off of Route 124 in new Canaan
