Much of the trails are singletrack or wide footpaths. Many of the trails can be looped together for what seems like an endless ride. There are no hills so be prepared to pedal all day to keep your wheels rolling. There is not a lot of technical difficulty to the trails but it is fun flying through the singletrack as fast as your legs can take you!

Directions to the trail:
Middle Run Park is near Newark off Possum Park Road by the intersection with Paper Mill Road. From Baltimore, head North on I-95 to HWY 896 which leads you to Newark, DE. From Philadelphia, begin on HWY 611 heading south for 3.5 miles 3.5. Turn right on I-676 (US 30) heading west for 1.0 miles. Turn left on HWY 76 heading south for 2.9 miles. Continue on HWY 291 heading southwest for 3.2 miles. Turn right on HWY 95 heading southwest for 34.1 miles. Turn right on HWY 896 heading north for 2.1 miles to Newark, DE.
