Description:
There is some fairly wide dual track thats pretty sandy. And fairly technical single track, that has several switchbacks. There are also a lot of large roots as well.

Directions to the trail:
Take exit 84 and exit east onto state road 44 east. Head east .3 miles. Turn left onto Sugar Mill Rd. follow it all the way to Pioneer Trail. Turn Left onto Pioneer Trail to just before the I-95 over pass. Turn right onto Turnbull Bay Rd. And begin looking on the left for a dirt road called Martins Dairy Rd. Follow the dirt road all the way down. The road deadends at the trails.
