Description:
There is something for everyone. The first section (a, the creek loop) runs along deer trails and zig zags down the creek and back up twice. The second section (b, the sinkhole loop) runs in and out of a couple HUGE sinkholes. The third section (c, the river trail) is a fast fun BMX style section.

Directions to the trail:
From Lexington: Take 1-64 to 60. Turn right on 60, then left on East-West connector (676). Turn right on Glenn's Creek Road and then make an immediate left into the park. Once your in the park follow the road to the right and park. From Louisville: Take I-64 to 127. Turn left on 127, the right on East-West connector(676). After crossing the Kentucky River go left on Glenn's Creek Road and then left again into the park. Now follow the road to the right and park.
