Shared usage. More bikers use this trail because other horse trails are offered. Some sections are very rocky and some of the climbs are push only. Crosses gravel roads to use as bail out points in case of trouble. Beautiful old growth forest sections, wooden bridges, rock formations, a lake and free caving just a few yards from the trail. Adventure race every Fall. Nice place to visit for sure.

I-64 to Olive Hill exit and follow the signs. Less than 10 miles from I-64.
