Description:
Old railroad tracks converted to a walking / biking trail. Very nice and enjoyable family ride. Great to take the kids along, even the toddlers in a buggy! The trail runs between St. Charles, MO to Sedalia, MO. It goes through Columbia and the State capitol, Jefferson City.

Directions to the trail:
In Columbia take exit 125 off I-70 and go South on Stadium Blvd. Go approx. 2 miles to bottom of hill. Should see sign on right (south). Also several access points in Columbia and other towns along the way.
