Description:
There are two parks here: Fort Robinson State Park and Chadron State Park. At Chadron State Park, the trails are accessible from the large campground. The Pine Ridge Trail is in the southwest part of the park: a longer, more technical trail which has many rocky areas which many intermediate riders will enjoy. The trails in Fort Robinson State Park are located off of Soldier Creek Road. Starting at Carter P. Johnson Lake, the loops around the boundary of the park for the most part.

Directions to the trail:
Chadron State Park: From Chadron take US 20 West to 385 South. Turn right on 385 and follow the signs to Chadron State Park. Fort Robinson State Park: From Chadron take US 20 West for 20 miles to the Park, located on the right side of the road.
